Stateroom

Stateroom:

• There are 2 State Rooms, located on 2nd level of the main building.
• One feature one queen bed, shower, shared balcony .
• One features king bed, shower, shared balcony.
• A rollaway can be added to this room category, extra person charge is $35 a night.

Casitas

• We have a total of 7 casitas on property
• Free standing unit
• All 7 casitas are located on a grassy area that faces out towards the beach, about 45 feet away.
• 6 of the 7 feature one queen bed, shower, extended patio w/ hammock
• 1 casita features 2 twin beds (can convert to a king), shower, extended patio w/hammock
• A rollaway can be added to accommodate a 3rd person, limited space.

Plantation Rooms

• There are 9 total Plantation Rooms on property
• 8 are located in two “plantation style” buildings of 4 units each (2 ground floor/2 on the 2nd floor).
• Each of these rooms features a queen bed, shower, and a private balcony that faces out towards the beach, about 45 feet. There are tropical gardens/palm trees and the Admiral Nelson’s Bar between the rooms and the water’s edge.
• 1 plantation room is located on the 2nd level of our main building and features a queen bed, shower and a shared balcony with a view over the pool, towards the beach
• Rollaway can be added for a 3rd person only on the ground floor units.

Garden View Plantation Suite

• Known as Plantation Suite #16
• Located on the 2nd level of our main building
• The suite features a king bedroom, separate living area, with pull out sofa, shower and a shared balcony. Offers pool and beach views form balcony area.
• Maximum of 3 adults

Ocean View Plantation Suite

• Knows as Plantation Suite #12
• Located on the 2nd level of our main building
• The suite features a king bedroom, separate living area, with pull out sofa, shower and a shared balcony. Pool and beach views from balcony.
• Maximum of 3
• Can connect with the plantation room (next door) to form a 2-bedroom suite.

Rainforest Suite

• Honeymoon Suite
• Free standing unit
• Located right on the beach and the suite features a king bed in an oversized room, shower and a wrap around balcony. Once you step off the balcony, you are right on the beach

Casa Playa Blanca, Beach Front Villa

Casa Playa Blanca

• Beachfront two bedroom villa
• Private beachfront plunge pool
• The bedrooms are located at each end of the villa and there is a kitchen and living area in between.
• One bedroom has a king bed, shower and the other bedroom is two queen beds and a shower. They mirror each other size; bed type is the only difference. Both bedrooms open up to the patio area.
• When the villa is not rented in full, the individual bedrooms are sold as “Villa Master Bedrooms”.

Casa del Sol, Beachfront Villa

Casa Del Sol

• Beachfront three bedroom villa (two story)
• Downstairs portion features a king bedroom, shower as well as a living area and kitchen.
• Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has a king bed, shower and a shared balcony.
• When the villa has not been rented within 45 days of arrival, the rooms are sold individually: The downstairs portion is a “Master Suite” and each of the upstairs rooms would be considered “Plantation Rooms”

Casa Azul, Beachfront Villa

Casa Azul

• 5-bedroom beachfront villa with a private pool.
• 3 Plantation Style rooms each with a king bed and private bathroom with shower.
• Tower Suite – is a 2 level suite with a Jacuzzi bathroom on the 1st floor of the suite and then an in-room spiral staircase to the very private bedroom on the 3rd floor (only room on this level). The bedroom has a king bed, half-bath and private balcony. Tower Suite only available if Casa Azul has not been reserved as a complete unit at least 45 days prior to arrival date.
• The Studio is located on the ground floor of Casa Azul. It is classified as a Stateroom Category; the studio has a queen bed, double bed, shower and small sitting area and limited/to no views from the room of the grounds. The Studio is only available if Casa Azul has not been sold as a complete unit at least 45 days prior to arrival date.

One Bedroom Infinity Suites

•  This two level suite features a living area and kitchen on the ground floor and an oversized master bedroom and shower on the 2nd level.
• View from the suite looks out onto the grounds and the infinity pool.
• Designed for 2 people, but a rollaway can be added to the living area, if needed.
• Private patio off the downstairs (back) with outdoor shower and a private balcony off of the master bedroom.

Two Bedroom Infinity Suites

• Same as the one bedroom, except the living area and kitchen is smaller and the 2nd bedroom (one queen bed) and shower are also on this level
• Ideally designed to accommodate 2 couples or 3 adults. Unfortunately, we cannot add a rollaway to this suite.

Two Bedroom Luxury Thatched Roof Villa

• Total of 3, single story luxury villas.
• Each features two bedrooms (both king beds) and an oversized shower (Mirror each other in size); both bedrooms are considered “Master Bedrooms”
• Kitchen and living area is located in the center of the villa to form a Greatroom.
• Private patio located in the back of the villa
• Villa overlooks the grounds and infinity pool.
• When the villa has not been rented, within 45 days of arrival, each bedroom can be sold individually and is considered a “Villa Master Bedroom”.

Admiral Nelson Beach Bar

Admiral Nelson's beach bar and verandah offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with magnificent views of one of the world's greatest barrier reefs. Located on the North end of the resort, the Palapa roof beach bar is the place to be casual and relax in your swimsuit, enjoy a sundowner cocktail, select a tequila from our signature collection, listen to island music while soaking up the views of the reef, or simply while away the afternoon playing one of the many games we have available for our guests. This hub of activity does not close until the last guest leaves!

Palmilla

The restaurant at Victoria House is renowned to be one of the best in the region. Dining at Victoria House is a casual experience with a unique mix of island seafood and continental cuisine. Relaxed and informal yet as romantic as you would desire, the air-conditioned candle-lit Palmilla Restaurant is a delightful place to relax and enjoy Chef Jose Luis’s unique style of cuisine. If you want to dine under the magnificent stars of the island we recommend the Patio adjacent to the restaurant overlooking the pool and beach.
