Bu'ul

Freshness, seasonality and personality converge on the plate at Bu'ul, with contemporary cuisine influenced by the culinary traditions of central and southern Mexico, complemented by a spectacular wine list. Bu'ul is the Mayan word for bean. The use of garden-grown corn, beans and fruit inspire Chef Jorge Vallejo's influence on Bu'ul's menu, and Resident Executive Chef Luis Quiroz adds his unique interpretation to the restaurant experience.

Even the setting is sublime, with indoor seating in a spacious, inviting ambiance featuring artistically rendered local materials, and outdoor seating serenaded by the sound of the waves.

Raw Bar

This upper-level cocktail bar is nestled onto a terrace with comfortably sophisticated seating and lounge areas from which to gaze at endless views of the sea. The Bu’ul team’s skillful preparations of fresh seafood are complemented by elegant Mexican snacks and handcrafted cocktails expertly blended by mixologists.
